Bastian Tsui

I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French and a Master’s degree in Spanish with First Class Honours at the University of Auckland, followed by a postgraduate diploma in secondary teaching.

I have been teaching Spanish since 2000 and have served as Head of Languages at different schools. Over the past 11 years in Shanghai, I have worked in both international and bilingual schools, including as Head of Curriculum, where I oversaw curriculum design, examination operations, and managed the university guidance counsellors.

In my current role, I collaborate closely with the Head of Secondary on various academic matters, such as curriculum planning, student reporting, and coordinating both internal and external examinations. Additionally, I support students in selecting their subject options, guiding them to make informed decisions that align with their interests and academic goals.
