We had an incredible time taking 25 enthusiastic pupils to Penang for the Penang Sports Tour, an inclusive event designed to give young athletes the opportunity to participate in Athletics, Swimming, Tee-Ball, and Football.

Good nutrition isn’t just about physical health; it directly affects energy levels, concentration, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Following their outstanding performances at the Petaling Utama District Athletics Championships (MSSD) in June, siblings Sasha Year 12 and Zac Year 10 were selected to represent the district at the 2025 Selangor State Schools Athletics Championship (MSSS).
