Each year at BVIS we use PTE (Progress Test in English) andPTM (Progress Test in Maths) assessments for students in Year 4 to 6 to monitor and support student progress in Maths and English alongside ongoing formative assessments.
These standardised tests, which compare our students to those in the UK, help us identify strengths and areas for growth, allowing our teachers to tailor their support and stretch each student effectively.
We are also thrilled to celebrate our excellent results this year, which reflect the hard work of our students, the continued support from the parents and the dedication of our teachers and teaching assistants in their learning every day in their lessons.
As part of our high commitment to maintaining high-quality teaching and learning, our school ensures that students are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to build a strong foundation for future success. This includes the development of critical thinking, academic skills, and language proficiency, enabling students to confidently transition into international Secondary education programmes after completing Primary.
