Our Social Impact students lived the journey of rice, hand-harvesting grains and learning how eco-farming protects our soil. They turned leftover straw into creative scarecrows and enjoyed tasty seaweed rice wraps made from their harvest. The adventure continued into the forest, foraging for wild mushrooms and discovering their role in a healthy ecosystem.
