Our Infant and Primary (1st – 4th) Years students came together to bring this tradition to life once again. The air was filled with excitement as our learners proudly wore their costumes, embodying characters from their favorite stories, animals, and imaginative worlds. Dressing up is much more than just fun, it allows children to explore identity, creativity, and social interaction through role play. It gives them the confidence to express themselves and step into new perspectives, which are essential elements of development.
Although the week had brought us unpredictable weather, the skies smiled upon us just in time, and we were able to hold our parade, even if in a different venue than planned. The joy was unmistakable: children laughed, teachers cheered, and families waved and clapped proudly. Students from other grades joined in to watch and applaud, filling the atmosphere with warmth and a true sense of community. Teachers demonstrated their limitless creativity and imagination wearing amazing costumes as well. Kudos to the teachers!
