We are thrilled to announce that Léman International School Chengdu has once again achieved remarkable results in the recently released 2025 Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC)! Among the 31 students who participated this year, 28 earned awards, achieving an impressive 90% success rate—a truly outstanding accomplishment.

A special congratulations goes to Vivian Y., who achieved an exceptional score of 128/135 and was awarded the National Prize. This prestigious honor is awarded to only the top 0.3% of participants nationwide, making it a remarkable achievement.

In February next year, both students will travel to Shanghai to participate in advanced courses taught by the official star coaching team of the Australian Mathematics Trust (AMT). This program will provide them with an immersive experience of the international mathematics elite training system and the opportunity to exchange ideas and learn alongside top young mathematicians from across the country.
The Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC), one of the largest and longest-standing mathematics thinking challenges in the world, has a history of 48 years.
